It's been long since you've been happy. People around you assume you're a bubbly person who's always joyous, but they don't notice what you're going through, or maybe you are too good at hiding. You have mastered the art of faking a smile, and you dont even remember when was the last time you were actually smiling.
Life's been tough. The bad part, you can't say it to anyone, because either they won't understand and label your problems as 'petty" or they'd be judgemental, something that you'd never want. So, now, you deal with your issues all by yourself.
You thought things would fall in place, but nothing did.
Things are becoming worse everyday. When you go to bed,
you cant close your eyes and have a peaceful sleep, and when you wake up, even the thought of getting out of the bed scares you.
Things have hanged, life's getting difficult every day.
You need a break from life, the kind they show in Bollywood movies, quite unrealistic and impractical. But, you really do need something like that.
You don't want to run away from your problems, you're strong enough to face them. But, you need a break from dealing with all of it. It's like having a weekend after a hectic week, and then it's Monday again, and you'd be back to real life.
Once in a while, we all need a break to resume the fight. Things won't get better, but you'd return stronger and wiser.
Talk to someone, and if you can't, talk to yourself.
Go to that place which you love, have your favourite food, sit somewhere, and look at the world, the city, the streets, how busy everyone is. And then, Iook at yourself, while everything is moving so fast, you're there, still and calm, enjoying the break you needed since forever. That's how life is, it's synonymous to problems. If we don't take a break, life would break us.
