They said 'I LOVE YOU' to each other at the age when they were both unaware about human emotions and feelings. At that tender age, they dreamt of a forever.
I remember how people around them laughed and called it 'puupy love'. Ignoring all those comments, they thought they'll make it forever.
They grew with eachother, but with time, thet even grew apart.
They wonder how fast all of it changed. It feels like yesterday when they were in grade 7 or so, talking about homeworks and romanticizing silence over phone calls.
They say, childhood love is pure, it has innocence, it doesn't understand anything, it just loves.
But, no one told them about what happens to that love when they grow up, how things change, how the two kids grow up into two different personalities and how nothing feels the same between the two.
They were too young to fall in love or mayb, they were too young to stay in love. It might have been the truest form of a feeling, but it did fade away with time.
