To the one I talk to everyday,
"How was your day?" I know you've probably become bored of this line, but this really is our magic line. The same line springs up a conversation between us every single day, even when there isn't really much happening in our lives.
We have been keeping up on each other for so long that we didn't even realize that we actually have such an eventful life.
Sometimes, it's about someone's birthday, a family function, or maybe some movie picks or song choices and sometimes, absolutely nothing to talk about. You're like a diary who responds back with a tale of it own.
But do you know, why you're so important to me? It's because you make me realize that everyday I've got is a gift. The day might be bad. The day might be good. But it's great to wake up to one. I learnt that time is always going to pass by, but some things will always stay just like the comfort of your messages.
I don't know how my life would be like if you weren't there. Would I have found someone else to laugh my day through or feel like I'm important enough and I actually matter?
Though we seem like we don't care for each other, we both know the importance of presence in each other's life.
I dont know, but I promise to keep this going as long as I can. I don't care if we are at the opposite ends of the
world, but l'll do my best to keep this going. Because everyday feels incomplete without you.
